Car boot sale, planning and making bread

First thing we set off to Wetherby racecourse to the weekly car boot sale. It was fun, especially as we were entirely on purpose looking for some very specific items. And score! we found most of them. We were after a source of ribbon, some plastic basins to use as molds for the memory bowls and a blender to make papier mache pulp in. We didn't find the blender but it is out there somewhere I'm pretty sure.
We rushed back with terrible hunger and an urgent need for bacon sandwiches. We spent most of the rest of the day working on arts and crafts like two tubby little elves while drawing spidergrams of the business plan and the rest of our projects component ideas. It was fruitful. The Mini HIPs report arrived by email last night and so the "For Sale" sign should get up this week.
This evening I practiced making us Sunday tea and talked to friends on the telephone, asking advice and explaining what we are doing. I also decided it would be good to get on with perfecting the art of bread-making to be ready for the Arran bed and breakfast guests. We had some of the loaf with peanut butter and homemade blackberry jelly for pudding, I think it was a delicious success. It remains to be seen if Mark notices this hint and agrees next time he writes the blog.
