At the end of a busy day at work I went to pick David up from the railway station in Garforth.
Quite a simple task, you say, but I had a 'Hillary Moment' by driving too soon near the entrance to prevent David from walking too far and due to the volume of traffic I had to drive past, reverse in a cul de sac then drive by again. I got there and it was great to have David by my side once more.
On arriving home David brought the washing in off the line....I ironed it whilst David made a wonderful chicken and vegetable curry....yum, yum.
We had a few beers and watched tv.
