Matthew and I finally got to chat on Facebook this evening. Matthew is a really good friend of Mark's. He has kindly agreed to review our business plan and help us get the financial forcasts and profit and loss figures together and to express them well. We are going to chat again over the weekend and meet up here in Yorkshire in a couple of weekends time. I am really looking forward to meeting him.
We had a bloke come around this evening to look at the house. It was a pretty whirlwind visit but he seemed to be geniunely interested in buying. However he has only just put his house on the market yesterday so we will have to see what happens. But it was good to get another viewing.
I had a little flury of correspondence about the releasing of my equity in Pixidene. So that's become a little closer to reality. I also had a lovely email from Lizzie about moving to Pirnmill.
